    At the Fraunhofer joint booth, Fraunhofer IGB will be presenting representative bio-based materials within the Fraunhofer Materials Group that have been produced using bio-inspired technologies from biogenic residues and raw materials. We would like to further develop these materials in collaboration with interested corporate partners in order to close the gap in the market for sustainable materials. We look forward to seeing you in Hall 11, Booth D33.

    Fraunhofer IGB will showcase a biomining reactor for the biological recovery of valuable metals and rare earth elements from electronic waste, present its processes for nutrient recovery from wastewater, as well as specific project examples ranging from wastewater treatment to water reuse for municipalities and industry, and explain how pathogens can be detected in wastewater.
