Dr. Petra Kluger, Group Manager Cells and Biomaterials in the Fraunhofer IGB’s Cell and Tissue Engineering Department, was awarded the VDI (Association of German Engineers) Ring of Honor on November 21, 2012 for her interdisciplinary research into the development of biomaterials for regenerative medicine.
