Increase your chances of a job interview with a convincing application.

The cover letter

Establish a connection between your previous experience and the requirements of the job vacancy. Convince us with your qualifications and your motivation to work at our institute. With the cover letter (stating the job reference number, if available), underline the relevant stages of your CV for this position and justify the motivation for your application. When submitting a speculative application, please indicate your desired departments or research areas in the cover letter.

A complete CV

Please design your resume in a clear and reader-friendly manner.

Certificates

If you are a student, please enclose your high school diploma, current grades, and internship certificates.

For all other activities, please enclose certificates, references, attestations and documents and make sure to include relevant evidence of the position you are applying for.

Online application

Submit your digital documents in an independent format, for example as a PDF file and give your documents the appropriate file name. In our job advertisements, you have the possibility to apply directly online. Your profile with the necessary documents will be created in a few minutes.

Please understand that we can only process complete application documents and forward them to our specialist departments. It goes without saying that we will only store your personal data internally within the framework of our data protection regulations and treat it with strict confidentiality.

Unfortunately we cannot consider applications by mail.

The selection procedure

After having applied online, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your application has been received. Your application will now be processed and forwarded to the appropriate department. You will hear from us again no later than four to six weeks after receipt of your documents.
