Chaumette, Christiane Dipl.-Ing.

Water Technologies, Resource Recovery and Scale-up | Senior Scientist Water and Wastewater Treatment

Christiane Chaumette joined Fraunhofer IGB in 1999 after completing her thesis research on drinking water disinfection by-products at UNC and earning a degree in chemical engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe. She worked on membrane filtration and membrane contactors and led the AOP (Advanced Oxidation Processes) group from 2011 to 2013, focusing on water purification, electrolytic ozone and peroxide production and electro coagulation. As a senior scientist on Water and Wastewater Treatment in the Innovation Field Water Technologies, Resource Recovery and Scale-up she serves customers as a highly experienced scientist and project manager.
